Orlando, United States – On February 23, officers responded to the area of Millenia Boulevard and Millenia Plaza Way following reports of a battery linked to a driving dispute. Video footage shows the suspect, Mandolyn Shaffer-Brockwell, attacking and injuring an elderly victim during the incident.

The victim provided a description of Shaffer-Brockwell and her vehicle, allowing officers to quickly locate her. When an officer attempted to detain her, she violently resisted and bit the officer while trying to avoid handcuffs.

Shaffer-Brockwell was eventually arrested and taken into custody. Authorities reported no further injuries beyond those to the elderly victim and the officer.
