This agreement bestows upon NTA (Native Teams Agency) journalists and their affiliated media partners the authorization to share, post, republish, and broadcast the video and/or picture material submitted by you.

By granting NTA the right to utilize your video and/or picture material, you affirm that you are the legal owner of the content or possess the necessary rights to grant NTA a non-exclusive license to the video and/or picture material. You confirm that, at the time of granting, the content is not the property of a third party and does not infringe upon the privacy rights, copyright, and other intellectual property rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any individual.

You hereby provide NTA and its partners with a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the video and/or picture material content across any media format, including commercial and social media players, and through any media channels. NTA retains the right to remove your content at any time and for any reason.

You verify that your description of the events in the video and/or pictures is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Aside from the outlined distribution conditions, you retain complete ownership rights to your video and/or pictures.
