Eastern Pacific Ocean – On April 24, 2026, Joint Task Force Southern Spear carried out a lethal kinetic strike against a vessel linked to Designated Terrorist Organizations.

The action was ordered by the commander of U.S. Southern Command, Gen. Francis L. Donovan. Intelligence confirmed the vessel was traveling along established narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was actively engaged in narco-trafficking operations.

Two male narco-terrorists were killed during the strike. No U.S. military personnel were reported harmed.
