Eastern Pacific – On April 14, a lethal kinetic strike was carried out in the Eastern Pacific.
The operation was conducted at the direction of the commander of U.S. Southern Command, Gen. Francis L. Donovan, by Joint Task Force Southern Spear.
The vessel was operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations and was identified through intelligence as traveling along known narco-trafficking routes in the region.
It was confirmed to be engaged in narco-trafficking operations.
Four male narco-terrorists were killed during the strike.
No U.S. military personnel were harmed during the operation.
