Majdal Zoun, southern Lebanon – A video filmed by Israel Defense Forces shows the discovery of a large underground Hezbollah tunnel beneath the village of Majdal Zoun.

The footage, recorded in low-light conditions, shows soldiers moving through a long, narrow tunnel system with concrete walls and low ceilings. Flashlights and headlamps illuminate the space as troops walk past debris, broken panels, and scattered equipment.

Inside the tunnel, rows of large cylindrical rockets or missiles are seen stacked along the floor. The video also shows storage areas, multiple rooms, and openings that appear to function as launch shafts directed toward Israel.

The tunnel is described as more than 200 meters long and over 25 meters deep. It reportedly contains four launch shafts and 12 rooms, including living quarters and storage areas used for explosive devices, anti-tank missiles, and UAVs assembled on site.

According to the same information, the complex was located approximately 10 km from the Israeli border.

The operation is said to have resulted in the elimination of more than 20 Hezbollah terrorists, including members of the elite Radwan Force. It also led to the dismantling of over 50 additional infrastructure sites, including observation posts and weapons storage facilities.

The video is presented as documenting the clearance of a major tunnel network beneath Majdal Zoun, with claims that it contained hundreds of weapons and extensive military equipment.

The tunnel is also described as part of broader activity attributed to Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, including allegations of militarization in civilian areas in violation of UN Resolution 1701, amid operations targeting the group’s capabilities.
