Kangerlussuaq, Greenland – United States F-16s, Danish F-35s and Canadian F18s participated in Operation ARCTIC VANGUARD at Kangerlussuaq on September 16, 2026.

The operation demonstrates the Nordic Bridge concept, enhancing cooperation between United States Northern Command, United States European Command, North American Aerospace Defense Command and NATO.

The operation aims to expand domain awareness, strengthen deterrence and improve interoperability.
