Iran – U.S. Central Command released infrared footage showing a precision strike on a ground target.

The black-and-white thermal video shows a targeting reticle fixed on a structure or vehicle on the ground.

A sudden bright flash is seen, followed by an expanding cloud of smoke and debris, indicating the impact of a munitions strike. The camera continues tracking the aftermath as smoke rises from the site.

The footage was released as U.S. operations continue in the region. Recent strikes have targeted Iranian missile and drone storage sites as well as coastal radar facilities.

Those operations were carried out in response to threats against maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz.
