The handheld footage captures a thick white funnel cloud extending from dark storm clouds and rotating over an open green field. The tornado appears fully formed as it moves across the distance under an ominous sky.

In the foreground, a wire fence with a wooden post is visible as the camera shakes slightly while recording the intense weather event unfolding.

The clip was shared in response to a request to use earlier images from the same storm, showing conditions during the major North Texas severe weather outbreak on April 25, 2026. The system produced multiple tornadoes across the region that day.

The storm system later moved eastward, where it caused significant damage and fatalities in areas including Runaway Bay and Springtown.
