Benetússer, Valencia, Spain – A three-story residential building on Calle Las Américas in Benetússer collapsed completely during the night of July 14-15, 2026.

Residents had been evacuated just minutes earlier after noticing cracks and unusual noises in the structure. The timely evacuation prevented any injuries or fatalities.

Nighttime footage shows firefighters from the Valencia Provincial Firefighters Consortium working at the collapse site.

A large pile of rubble covered the street, with concrete, bricks, and debris scattered across the area. An orange excavator operated on the debris while firefighters wearing high-visibility uniforms and helmets inspected the scene with flashlights.

A damaged car was partially buried under the rubble as teams coordinated near the collapse site. Police vehicles and emergency lights were visible, and responders were seen near a stretcher while assessing the area.

Firefighters worked through the night to secure the site and manage the debris. Authorities are investigating the cause of the collapse, while the neighboring building was also evacuated as a precaution.
