València, Spain – Video filmed by X user FLNA shows protesters during the ongoing education strike pressuring to open a large entrance at the portal of Quart de València while chanting against cuts in education and health.
The post caption reads: “Education strike, indefinite strike, open up.”
In the footage, demonstrators gather at the entrance, singing loudly and repeatedly: “No, no, no, we do not want more cuts in health and education,” creating a strong and determined atmosphere as they demand the doors be opened.
The video captures one of the symbolic and confrontational actions taking place on June 4, 2026, as part of the indefinite teachers’ and education workers’ strike in the Valencian Community.
Protesters are demanding the reversal of budget cuts and policy changes affecting public education and healthcare, with similar mobilizations and pressure tactics continuing across Valencia and other areas.
