Guadalajara and Avila, Spain – BRIF TED brigades from Daroca and Puerto Pico carried out wildfire suppression work during nighttime operations on the La Mierla wildfire in Guadalajara and the Burgohondo wildfire in Avila.

Video footage shows enormous columns of thick gray and white smoke rising from mountainous terrain into a clear blue sky. The smoke spreads across the landscape as rocky hillsides, sparse vegetation, and distant green slopes appear below.

The footage also shows a dirt road and a vehicle briefly visible while the smoke continues to rise over the affected areas.

The BRIF teams from Daroca and Puerto Pico were involved in the firefighting efforts as part of operations against the two wildfires.
