In recent years, the festival has grown longer. In 2024, it spanned nearly the entire month, from April 1 to April 21, moving beyond its traditional three-day format.
This year, locals and visitors soaked each other with water, celebrating with joy and unity. The streets became a playgrounds for all ages.
Songkran’s water fights symbolize renewal and washing away bad luck for the year ahead. Bangkok’s vibrant scenes showcased this tradition at its best.
