Louisville, Kentucky – A police camera became an unexpected casualty as officers worked to rescue a BMW trapped in the snow in Louisville.
The moment was captured on video as police officers attempted to free the vehicle from snowy conditions. During the rescue effort, a GoPro camera was struck by a shovel while officers worked around the car.
Police later joked about the incident, saying: “One of our GoPros was assaulted by an officer with a shovel. Everything’s 10-86.”
The footage highlights both the snowbound rescue and the unintended impact on the camera during the operation.
