The video, filmed by X user Neil, captures the confrontation as it develops outside the building.

The footage shows a group of protesters gathered along the street while police officers in full riot gear, including helmets, visors, shields, and batons, stand in formation near white armored vehicles marked with “POLICE” and flashing emergency lights.

A senior officer wearing a high-visibility vest and helmet moves forward toward individuals in the crowd, appearing to confront or push people at close range.
