Columbus, Ohio – Video shows a person standing on the shoulder of I-670 narrowly escaping being struck by a vehicle near a reportedly broken-down red vehicle.

The incident occurred on I-670 in Columbus near the stopped red vehicle. A vehicle attempting to pass a white vehicle with hazard lights on crashed into the broken-down red vehicle.

The person standing on the road shoulder was only narrowly missed as the crash unfolded nearby.
