East China Sea – The United States Indo-Pacific Command submitted a report involving an unidentified anomalous phenomenon to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office consisting of five minutes of infrared video footage recorded from a United States military platform in 2025.

During the first moments of the recording, the sensor pans while tracking an area of contrast and keeps it generally centered within the frame.

Between 00:15 and 00:19, the sensor adjusts and the image is briefly covered by black rectangular overlays.

From 00:20 through 01:34, the sensor continues tracking the area of contrast while maintaining it near the center of the image. During this segment, parts of the area intermittently lose distinction against the background.

Between 01:35 and 02:05, the sensor zooms in and pans from right to left while following the area of contrast. The object exits the frame from the right side several times during this sequence.

From 02:06 until 04:59, the sensor repeatedly zooms in and out while panning across the background. No content is visible during the remainder of the recording.
