Mexico Team Bus Surrounded By Smoke, Flares And Thousands Of Fans In Guadalajara Welcome

Guadalajara, Mexico – Video filmed by X user Andrés Sigala shows a massive crowd of supporters turning the streets of Guadalajara into a chaotic pyrotechnic spectacle as the Mexican national team bus arrived late on June 16.

Dense clouds of green, purple, and white smoke filled the night air, lit by flashing police lights and streetlamps. Fans packed both sides of the roadway, waving Mexican flags, cheering, raising their arms, and recording the moment on their phones.

At the center of the celebration, enthusiastic supporters, including shirtless men wearing caps and casual clothing, carried large handheld pyrotechnic devices that launched bright orange sparks and flames into the smoky sky. One supporter held a tall multicolored flare torch above his head as sparks cascaded downward while green smoke poured from nearby canisters.

The green-and-gold team bus, marked with “MEXICO” and “FIFA WORLD CUP 2026” alongside Hyundai branding, moved slowly through the haze. Its headlights cut through the smoke as police vehicles with active red and blue lights escorted it through the crowd.

The scenes show multiple angles of the arrival, with flares burning, smoke drifting through the streets, and supporters surging alongside the vehicle in a traditional high-energy welcome.
