Val Sessera, Italy – On Sunday, May 4, 2025, a man was rescued after being injured on the riverbed of the Sessera stream in the Biella area.

Firefighters carried out the rescue operation with the Drago 54 helicopter and river rescue teams.

The Alpine Rescue team also supported the effort to locate and recover the man safely.
