Louisville, KY – Newly released footage from the Louisville Metro Police Department shows the harrowing scene following the UPS Flight 2976 crash that claimed 15 lives and injured a dozen near the city’s airport.

The videos, including body camera, dash camera, and aerial shots, capture first responders arriving amid smoke plumes, fires, and charred debris scattered across the crash site. Officers and emergency personnel are seen coordinating rescue efforts and surveying the extensive damage.

UPS Flight 2976, a McDonnell Douglas MD-11, had departed Louisville for Honolulu when it crashed around 5:15 p.m. on November 4, 2025. The tragedy left 15 dead, including Alain Rodriguez Colina, who succumbed to injuries on Christmas Day, and 12 others injured.
