Madrid, Spain – On April 28, during the blackout in Spain, a man was seen offering water to drivers on Avenida de la Ciudad de Barcelona, near the Pantheon of Illustrious Men.

The moment was shared a day later by X user Rafael Cauqui, who posted a video of the scene online.

In the video, the man walked from car to car, handing out bottles of water with a smile. There were no cameras following him, no noise, just quiet help during a chaotic time.

Cauqui wrote, “There is always light, even in darkness.”

He added, “Yesterday, in the middle of the chaos, an anonymous citizen went car to car, offering water with a smile. No cameras, no noise, just to help. Some people choose to be light. People like you change the world, drop by drop.”
