Philippines – Sped-up footage shows an ash emission from Kanlaon Volcano at 5:49 a.m. on August 14, 2026.

The event produced a grayish plume that rose approximately 200 meters above the summit crater before drifting north.

The footage was recorded by the Kanlaon Volcano Observatory in Canlaon City on Negros Island.

Alert Level 2 remains in effect over Kanlaon Volcano.
