Israeli Air Force Destroys Hezbollah Infrastructure In Major Southern Lebanon Air Campaign

Southern Lebanon, Lebanon – The Israeli Air Force released aerial footage showing precision strikes targeting Hezbollah infrastructure in multiple locations north of the forward defense line in southern Lebanon.

The video opens with a high-altitude color view of a built-up residential area containing multi-story homes and green surroundings. A targeting crosshair locks onto a selected building, followed by a large explosion that engulfs the structure in a rising cloud of thick gray smoke and debris.

The footage then shifts to black-and-white thermal and infrared imaging. Additional strikes are shown hitting structures and open ground, with bright impact flashes, secondary explosions, and expanding smoke plumes as the crosshair continues to track further targets.

On-screen Hebrew text identifies the targets as rocket launchers that were loaded and ready to launch, weapons storage warehouses, and military buildings used by Hezbollah operatives to advance planned attacks against Israeli forces and Israel.

The video was released in connection with an operation carried out on April 28, 2026. It also states that three Hezbollah operatives were killed during the strikes while actively preparing attacks on Israeli forces. The operation was guided by real-time intelligence from Division 146.
