Honolulu, United States – Honolulu Police Department officers were dispatched to a peculiar call after reports of a runaway pig in a local neighborhood.

Upon arrival, officers encountered the pig leading them on a short hoof pursuit, drawing attention from pedestrians and drivers in the area. The animal appeared determined to hog the spotlight as it darted through the streets.

Officers successfully hampered the pig’s escape and secured it safely in a patrol vehicle.

After being checked for a microchip, the pig was transported to a local rescue farm, ensuring its safety and well-being.
