Huesca, Spain – Helicopter footage shows the scale of the Peñas de Riglos wildfire as smoke rises from multiple points across the dry, hilly terrain.
The aerial view shows large plumes of gray and white smoke spreading from hills and valleys, with active burning visible on some slopes. Dirt tracks wind through areas of sparse vegetation and patches of green.
Later footage shows a thick gray-brown smoke column rising from a distant hillside, with other helicopters operating near the plume.
The landscape includes forested hills, dry open areas and roads, while sections of the terrain appear burned or continue to smolder.
The footage was recorded as teams assessed their work areas around the fire, including the zone assigned to the BRIF Tabuyo team.
