In the nighttime clip, heavy snow falls steadily under glowing streetlights, covering the roadway, utility poles, power lines, evergreen trees, and nearby buildings. The filmer notes, “The plow truck just cleaned this road five minutes ago,” highlighting how quickly snow is accumulating.

The footage reflects severe winter conditions across Whitby and the Greater Toronto Area, with fresh snow and blowing snow reducing visibility. Environment Canada warned of 20 to 35 cm of snowfall and hazardous travel conditions.
