Vallada, Spain – Four speleologists were rescued from the Cueva Túnel dels Sumidors in Vallada, Valencia.

Mountain specialists from the Guardia Civil’s GREIM, in collaboration with other emergency services, carried out the rescue operation.

The four men entered the cave thinking there was another exit. However, they became trapped in a 25-meter-deep pit after removing the descent ropes.

Their families alerted authorities when they had no news from them.
