Eastern Pacific And Caribbean – Late on February 16, 2026, Joint Task Force Southern Spear carried out three lethal kinetic strikes against vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations under the direction of the commander of U.S. Southern Command, Marine Gen. Francis L. Donovan.
Intelligence confirmed the targeted boats were moving along known narco-trafficking routes and were actively involved in drug trafficking operations.
The first strike in the Eastern Pacific killed four male narco-terrorists.
A second vessel in the same region was hit soon after, resulting in four more deaths.
The third strike occurred in the Caribbean, where three additional male narco-terrorists were killed.
In total, eleven individuals died during the coordinated actions.
No U.S. military personnel were injured in the operations.
