Caribbean – On April 19, 2026, Joint Task Force Southern Spear carried out a lethal kinetic strike on a vessel operated by designated terrorist organizations under the direction of the commander of U.S. Southern Command, Gen. Francis L. Donovan.

Intelligence confirmed the vessel was moving along established narco-trafficking routes in the Caribbean and was actively involved in trafficking operations.

During the strike, three male narco-terrorists were killed. No U.S. military personnel were injured.
