New York City — Video filmed by X user Isaac Edelman captured overwhelming crowds inside Fulton Street subway station during the New York Knicks NBA championship parade.

Edelman warned: “If I have one advice to New Yorkers – don’t go to Fulton Station. You will be trapped in. There is nowhere to exit as all the doors are blocked off.”

Inside the station, huge numbers of Knicks supporters wearing blue jerseys, caps, and other team gear filled the concourse and upper mezzanine levels shoulder-to-shoulder. People packed the main floor while others gathered along the balcony above, many raising smartphones to record the scene.

Escalators, digital signs showing “Fulton St” and exit directions, and the station’s modern interior were visible as the crowd created severe gridlock. Movement appeared heavily restricted, with little space for people to make their way through the packed transit hub.

The footage showed chaotic conditions at one of Manhattan’s key subway stations as thousands traveled to Lower Manhattan for the Knicks victory parade. With multiple subway stations closed for the event and viewing areas filling early, Fulton Street became a major bottleneck.

The sheer number of fans effectively blocked exits, leaving many people trapped inside the station with no clear route out amid the celebratory but overwhelming crowds.
