Mercato Saraceno, Italy – A cow was recovered after falling into a water reservoir in a difficult-to-access area on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Firefighters carried out the rescue operation after the animal ended up inside the water basin located in an inaccessible zone.

A helicopter from the Drago unit played a decisive role in the operation, helping bring the cow to safety.

The intervention allowed the animal to be safely recovered from the site.
