While attempting to enter through the window, the officer slipped and fell to the ground below. The department confirmed that the officer was not injured.
In a humorous description shared alongside the footage, the police department referred to the incident as the “Sudden Rapid Tactical Descent.”
The Culpeper County Volunteer Fire Department also responded with a lighthearted video offering a joking “tip” on window entry techniques, referencing the police department’s attempt and featuring a firefighter demonstrating an alternative approach.
