Molokai, Hawaii – A Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew rescued two men from a life raft off the coast of Molokai on December 17, 2025.

The men had been aboard a 42-foot vessel that began taking on water. They evacuated to a life raft and activated their emergency position-indicating radio beacon, sending their location to the Coast Guard.

Responding quickly, the helicopter crew located the life raft and safely rescued both men, preventing a potentially life-threatening situation at sea.
