Wentzville, United States – The Wentzville Fire Protection District responded at around 10:00am yesterday morning to a vehicle accident involving entrapment in the westbound lanes of Highway 70.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and found one vehicle lying on its side after the driver lost control.

Crews worked to free the trapped driver from the wrecked vehicle.

Officials confirmed the patient was successfully extricated and sustained minor injuries.

The driver was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for further treatment.
