Hawaii, United States – A timelapse video recorded on May 5, 2026, shows lava fountaining during a summit eruption at Kīlauea as part of episode 46.
The footage was captured by a USGS Hawaiian Volcano Observatory research camera positioned on the south rim of the caldera.
