Undisclosed Location – The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Thomas Hudner (DDG-116) fired Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles on March 4, 2026, as it supported Operation Epic Fury.
Footage released from the operation shows the U.S. Navy warship launching the long-range cruise missiles while deployed in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
USS Thomas Hudner is a guided-missile destroyer designed for multi-mission warfare, capable of launching Tomahawk missiles from its vertical launch system to strike targets far inland. The missiles are widely used by the U.S. Navy for precision attacks against strategic objectives.
The launch formed part of Operation Epic Fury, the ongoing U.S. military campaign targeting Iranian military capabilities. Multiple naval and air assets have been involved in the strikes as the operation continues across the region.
