Jinxi, Jiangxi – A crash on the Jiguang Expressway in the Jinxi section of Jiangxi Province left three people injured after a car suddenly changed lanes.

Liu was driving a small car and had already entered an exit ramp when he abruptly veered left to switch lanes.

Behind him, Li was driving a light-duty stake truck. He swerved to avoid Liu’s car but ended up crashing into another small vehicle driven by a different individual, also named Li.

The impact caused injuries to three passengers in Liu’s car.

Traffic police launched an investigation and concluded that Liu’s illegal lane change was the sole cause of the accident.

He was found fully responsible.

Authorities issued a warning to drivers: do not change lanes after entering a solid line zone. If you miss an exit, continue forward and take the next safe opportunity.
