Dodgeville, Wisconsin – A dramatic video captured by X user John the Owl Whisperer shows a tornado touching down in the countryside east of Dodgeville.

According to the witness, the tornado appeared to move through cropland situated north of US151, south of County YZ, and east of County Z. The footage was filmed from Garrison Grove Cemetery, with visible traffic on US151 in the foreground.

The user also suggested the tornado may have tracked just north of County YZ, possibly following the Military Ridge Trail.

“I’m under the impression it went thru cropland north of US151, south of Cty YZ, and east of Cty Z,” they said. “It also possible it went just north of YZ and followed the Military Ridge Trail.”

While the witness did not conduct a ground survey, they assumed emergency services were responding, noting the presence of at least one fire truck while following the storm.
