Junction, Texas – Video shows a flooded road transformed by massive lake like water, with floodwater stretching across the roadway during heavy rainfall.

Texas Department of Transportation has issued a flooding alert for the Junction, Rocksprings and Menard areas, warning that flooding is occurring across parts of the region and urging people to avoid traveling until conditions improve.

The agency advises that anyone who must be on the road should never drive on a road with moving water, should increase their following distance, and should reduce their speed.
