South Carolina – Soldiers from the South Carolina National Guard Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team carried out a daring rescue of an injured hiker.

Flying a UH-72 Lakota helicopter, the team coordinated closely with partner agencies to reach the remote location.

The hiker had suffered injuries and required immediate assistance.

The helicopter crew successfully completed the rescue, demonstrating precision and teamwork.
