Toulon, France – Video recorded by X user Mathis_8383 shows severe flooding caused by a storm that dropped 92 millimeters of rain in only ninety minutes.

The video captures streets completely flooded, with cars partially underwater, while urban infrastructure was heavily affected.

The flooding is part of broader extreme weather events across Europe, which have also included floods in Italy and wildfires in Spain.

The storm forced the postponement of a rugby match at Mayol Stadium, leaving many supporters stranded in difficult conditions.
