Moorhead, MN – I 94 is open after all semis and other vehicles were towed, and the no travel advisory has been lifted as of 9 p.m. on November 25, 2025. Drivers are being urged to use caution as roads remain slippery and strong winds continue.
Earlier in the afternoon, several semis piled up on westbound I 94 at milepost 7 east of Moorhead in Clay County. Westbound traffic was diverted at exit 15 in Downer and rerouted at 3:45 p.m.
At milepost 14 westbound on I 94, multiple semis jackknifed and blocked the roadway. Westbound traffic was again diverted and rerouted at exit 15 in Downer at 4:10 p.m.
Authorities confirmed there were no life threatening injuries in either incident.
