Protesters Accuse U.S. And Israel Of Starving Gaza Outside State Department

Washington, DC – Pro-Palestine protesters gathered in front of the US State Department on July 22 to denounce what they called the deliberate starvation of civilians in Gaza.

Footage recorded by Basem Garad captured the demonstration. He stated, “JUST NOW: More protests in front of State department at WashingtonDC.”

Activists rallied to bring attention to reports that at least 15 Palestinians have died from starvation in Gaza within the last 24 hours.

According to the protesters, Israel has blocked all food and aid from entering Gaza for the past 142 days, beginning on March 2.

Demonstrators also condemned the actions of the US-Israeli, mercenary-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. The group is accused of killing nearly 1,000 people seeking aid since it took over humanitarian distribution from internationally recognized organizations, including UNRWA, in late May.

Protesters voiced their opposition to US involvement, saying they refuse to accept their tax money being used to support what they described as a “mass man-made famine in Gaza.”
