Sherburne, NY – A crash involving a New York State Department of Transportation plow truck in Sherburne on Tuesday caused no injuries but, officials say, could have had a very different outcome.

NYSDOT said the incident underscores why they continue to urge drivers to slow down and drive for the conditions, especially when plow trucks and other road crews are working.

Officials warned that winter weather can change quickly and stressed that drivers must take those conditions seriously to avoid potentially dangerous crashes.
