Officers Dive Into Retention Pond To Rescue Elderly Driver From Submerged Car

Port Orange, FL – On February 16, 2026, Officers Peterson, Velez, and Herstein acted swiftly when a vehicle crashed into a retention pond, risking the life of its elderly driver.
