Tracy, California – A U.S. Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew from Air Station San Francisco airlifted an injured man from a ravine in Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area on July 19, 2025.

The medevac was requested by the Alameda County Fire Department after first responders located the missing man about 1000 feet down an embankment. He was found unresponsive.

Coast Guard Sector San Francisco coordinated with partner agencies to carry out the rescue near Tracy.
