Little Girl Reunited With Her Mother After Floods Cut Off Town In Australia

Caparra, Australia – On May 25th, emergency crews from NSW Rural Fire Service delivered more than just supplies during a flood relief mission.

While on a resupply trip to the flood-isolated town of Caparra, responders reunited a young girl, Addison, with her mother, Caitlyn.

Flooding had cut off access, separating the family.

NSW RFS crews transported Addison through difficult conditions to reach her mother.

The touching reunion brought a moment of relief amid the ongoing flood emergency.

As one crew member noted, having family on board made the journey a little easier.
