Gerringong, Australia – A large kangaroo is seen hopping over a fence from the opposite side of the street before moving across the road in a suburban area.

As it pauses briefly on the grass while facing the camera, Kathy Lette speaks in a cheerful tone, saying, “Oh hello, my new neighbour.”

The kangaroo then continues at a relaxed pace along the street, passing a white car and a green bin.

It moves along the footpath and through nearby properties, travelling past houses, white picket fences, trees, and gardens under bright sunny skies.

The animal appears comfortable in the suburban environment as it keeps bounding along before eventually hopping out of view near another house.
