Valence, France – A man was tackled by police after entering the finish line area of stage 17 of the Tour de France on July 23, moments before the riders arrived.

Julien, who filmed the incident, said, “Another one who had the brilliant idea to hop on his bike while the riders were 2 kilometers from the finish. He must have gotten seriously hurt from that fall, maybe even knocked out.”
