Oakland, USA – The Oakland Police Department and the FBI are asking the public for help in identifying two suspects involved in the theft of historic memorabilia from a museum early on October 15, 2025.
The burglary took place shortly before 3:30 AM at the Oakland Museum of California’s storage facility. Surveillance footage shows two individuals believed responsible for stealing valuable and historic museum items.
The first suspect is a thin-built male wearing a black beanie, white face mask, plaid long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. The second suspect is of heavier build, dressed in a blue hoodie with white lettering on the chest, blue pants, white shoes with black details, and black gloves.
Authorities have released images and video of the suspects and are urging anyone with information to come forward. The FBI and OPD are working together to recover the stolen memorabilia and bring those responsible to justice.
