Santa Clara, California – A dramatic eight-aircraft flyover captivated fans at the 2026 Super Bowl LX on February 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium.
Leading the formation was a U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancer from the 28th Bomb Wing at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. Behind it, two F-15C Eagles from the Fresno Air National Guard, two Navy F/A-18 Super Hornets, and two Navy F-35C Lightning II aircraft from Naval Air Station Lemoore joined the spectacular display. A second B-1B Lancer trailed the formation, its four afterburners blazing in a show of precision and power.
This historic joint flyover by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and California Air National Guard commemorated America’s 250th anniversary. The formation symbolized 250 years of service, teamwork, and military precision, thrilling stadium spectators and television audiences alike.
